Birth Support

My vision as a doula is to help expecting and new parents welcome their baby with joy and confidence. I provide unwavering emotional, physical and informational support to your family to help you have the best possible pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed.

The $800 In Harmony Doula birth package includes, at a minimum:

• One to two comprehensive in-person prenatal visits

• Attendance at your labor and delivery

• Two postnatal visits: one within the first week after birth, and one at three weeks

• Phone and email support from the time of hire until one month after the birth

• I will go on call 24 hours a day for the birth beginning two weeks before the due date until the time the birth takes place.
