Meet Your Doula,

Amanda Martin

Mommy and me twinsies_edited.jpg

I'm a mother, wife, sister, friend, singer, dancer, dreamer. Doula.

After my mother passed away in 2013 from an aggressive cancer, I started a quest in all aspects of my life to become a living legacy to her. That meant filling my life with things that bring me joy, encouraging connection with others, facilitating growth of love within me and for everyone around me.

My mother had many words of wisdom as a healing practitioner, massage therapist, spiritual counselor and devoted servant to those in need. The words that stayed with me the most are “how can I love you more?” This is my doula philosophy and is tattooed on my arm as a reminder to be the most compassionate, caring, kind and supportive version of myself. These are the qualities I strive for in all work that I do as a doula.

I feel privileged to be part of your newborn family's journey. I encourage you to follow your path to parenthood as you choose by providing non-judgmental guidance, empathetic listening, evidence-based information and referrals where needed.

I invite you to connect with me for a complimentary consultation. I look forward to getting to know you and your family.

Wishing you joy,

Amanda
